I do bill insurance as a courtesy to patients, and I am an in-network provider for many insurance plans. In Oregon, a majority of plans offer benefits to cover naturopathic services, but I am not considered a primary care physician by any insurance company, and some consider me a specialist.  But it is your responsibility to confirm you have benefits before coming in.  See the forms page for a guideline on what to ask your insurance representative when you call.  The 2022 No Surprises Act protects you from any unexpected out of pocket costs. Your insurance is mandated to inform you of your benefits with me if I am in-network with them, and I am happy to provide all expected costs for you in I am out of network or you are uninsured.
